Sci-Fleet, Australia's largest Toyota dealer, called on Detailed's Pre-Delivery solution to prepare cars for customers ahead of EOFY, without pulling their own staff off the floor to do it.
Detailed mapped out a tailored solution: up to four Detailed staff on hand to meet EOFY demand, with all consumables, cleaning products, labour and quality assurance handled end to end.
The result: up to 100 cars each week were prepared in the lead-up to 30 June, with zero disruption to Sci-Fleet's normal operations. Sci-Fleet and Detailed have worked together on an ongoing basis ever since.
